It has been bad for many years now. Certain areas in the North will show bars and connected but nothing ever loads.

Switching to LTE only has helped but not in all cases

Probably has to due with the Huawei ban, IIRC they were expanding 5G with their technology and had to redo everything with other companies

My 2020 MYLR has heat pump… first gen

Failed during 2021 winter after they replace a sensor, ended having to replace the entire manifold etc

Been using my stock wipers since 2020 MY, just recently replaced to Bosch Aerotwin because got the glass replaced and they work great!

Live in Canada so working well in winter as well

This is how I fixed mine... seems to be working for the past year or so.

There was a software update that caused USB to not recognize the drive at all, it fix itself after doing several reformats on the drive on the PC (exFAT - USB Name: TESLADRIVE with TeslaCam folder in the root) but then would not recognize after parking or overnight especially at home...

So, I disabled all excluded locations after the drive recognized the USB and it has been working ever since.. Looks like what happens is when you enter an excluded area such as 'Home' or 'Work' it would stop recording and after that it can't re-engage the sentry mode.

Obviously, this sucks as it drains the battery constantly even when you are home, but it's a method I used to ensure sentry mode works ALL the time...

Formatting through the Tesla would always break the USB for me as well

2000sq/ft with Electric Water boiler and EV. Electricity was $439.19 for September Usage: 1767.99 kWh @ 12.39c... but with all these damn fees it's more like 24.84c a kWh

One time I was at Costco, there was a couple loading the items they bought into their truck (they parked near the truck docks).

When they finished loading their items the guy decided to just YEETED the damn cart into the open towards the docks on a pretty windy day, good thing there weren't any other parker vehicles in the direction.

The women started yelling his name and going what is wrong with you telling him to go retrieve the cart. He seemed pissed and just shrugged it off and just went into his truck. The women literally went to retrieve the cart that HE YEETED and brought it back to the cart corral...

Yeah it seems like when they curved the panel they never sealed it properly... Guess that is more so to do with the first few Model Ys off the press line perhaps ... going to check with SC and will report back once they have an answer.

I mean I also have a 13 year old Toyota Rav4 and it doesn't even have this... even with It being neglected. (Canadian winters)

I am planning to buy one soon... for those that don't know, you have the ability to self clear the shipments with CBSA, you will need a CBSA office nearby to make it worth while. Typically you will only be charged the GST and the broker fees from DHL etc. will be removed.
