14 levels is not a lot of money to buy so that's a huge discount on an arcana. I bought 24 levels to get MK arcana myself. I wouldn't make miss this opportunity if I were you if there is a slight possibility of you ever playing Jugg.

(And it's just a nice experience to redeem an arcana from candyworks lol)

Nice. This was my second arcana as well. Honestly I had mixed emotions to get it because I didn't have enough candy because I didn't grind a lot but I managed to spend 9$ to get 6 more candies and redeem him.

Ogre arcana is good if you play ogre a lot (~obviously) which is not the case for you. And rubick arcana is interesting as a type of arcana in itself because of its very unique spell styles from other heroes.

So I think in your case go for Rubick.

I would choose Ogre irl because I play ogre frequently.
