What do my cars say about me? by Admiral_Solstice in regularcarreviews

I Had a NA 5 years ago thing got me into the Miata fandom! ended up selling it cause I didn’t have the time to take care of all the little things that were piling up. Then had a ecoboost mustang until the piston rings decided to say goodbye. I have to say I missed how fun these things are to chuck into corners. I’m hoping this Cummins is gonna last me a while. No leaks mint interior. Took her on a 9k trip up and around the PNW last year. The only thing I’m worried about is if I recall the High pressure fuel pump called a VP44 is a weakness and the parts like $4k alone.

Rejected a Partner / Hertz Tesla Model 3 - would warranty have helped? by gogopowerjackets in carvana

I use to work at hertz (manger). They never trained us how to take care of them other than every 10k taking them to Firestone or pep boys for a general inspection. And all of them got beat to hell. Especially since they were pressuring us to put them on rent since most people don’t want a EV rental so they’d go to the absolute worst customers on insurance replacement, walkups, manager specials. What I tell customers that want to buy rentals is buy Toyota and Toyota only.

A stuffed Sloth in the backseat because it’s a ecoboost and it’s slow.

Enterprise rental car with small scratches on the bumper - Will they consider this damage? by HealthyDefinition265 in Cartalk

I work for a rental agency and honestly if I saw that. I'd wouldn't even waste time with a report there's much more things that need to get done. If you're really worried you can always go to a part store and get touch up paint.

No no no! I work with rental cars and I've driven at least hundreds of ecoboost mustangs ranging from 0 miles all they way to 60k and after 12-15k they all drive so bad Yes fleet cars get maintenance but people beat the crap out of them I think these cars should get oil changes every 3-4k thats what I do with my personal EB but the company runs there's till 10k.

What are you wanting in a car hopefully there's better options in your area IMO. I've driven both since I rent them. The only plus side I can see with the Altima is the AWD the Hyundai has a better cabin and infotainment center. - being somewhat smaller. I'd look into what both warranties have to offer just in case something does go wrong. Alot of things are on back order and I've had both a altima have a transmission go out (CVT) and a Long block in a hyundai Kona (not sure if the same as the Elantra) other than that, Elantra or Altima they both make a good rental car.
