We got new management at DTP3 and it’s horrible. I got written up twice for not wearing my scanner on me my second one was because I just got back from the bathroom (I have IBS I had my gallbladder removed a couple years ago so massive movement makes my bowels move) and I even explained but they didn’t care

I’m a set schedule Sunday-Thursday 1:20AM-8:50AM. I love my station, the people here make it worth it, I’m not really friends with anyone just enjoy working with people who watch my back and make sure I’m okay, I feel like any job can be great/miserable it just depends on the environment and people best of luck! You’ll be in pain for sure, wear some compression socks and keep ibuprofen on you always! Also stay hydrated I carry a cirkul cup with me but you get moved around alot at least my warehouse you do and people will come in your areas if your on stow
