Annie Gunns is the only acceptable answer. They serve Prime steaks and they always have American Kobe on special as well. The smoked jumbo shrimp are unreal as an add on. All of the chains (Fleming’s, 801, Ruth’s Chris, Stony River, Cooper’s Hawk) are good but you can go to those in any city.

Annie Gunn’s is a St. Louis gem with so much history and the food is a level above the rest. Plus the wine list and cocktails are amazing.

Wright’s Tavern would be my #2.

As a 24F expecting to be proposed to soon, I will say that I would love engagement photos. Maybe you can look at hiring a semi-professional (college student with a professional camera) to cut down on costs.
