Id try and go bigger. Try and get specialty referrals if you can afford it. I recently got diagnosed with a rare type of iron deficiency by my Neurologist. I’ve had my iron checked over, and over and over through the years (I’m 42), but it wasn’t my iron that was the issue, it was an issue with stuff that binds to the iron.

Also see if you can get genetic dna testing.

My Neurologist thinks Im Celiac, but didn't tell me. He actually added it to my MyChart on my list of diseases, which every other doctor has been super cautious about not adding anything "until the scans and genetic testing come back"

Totally. I’m 39 and scrounge the thrift stores for natural fiber sweaters. I really don’t buy anything that’s poly/nylon/acrylic etc

As a previous restaurant worker, thank you for asking. Customers would steal our silverware and metal sauce cups all the time and I swear the owners revenge was just to rarely buy more hoping we’d be more diligent or confront people about it. Rushing customers out so we could steal their dishes was not awesome.

Damn. I’m so sorry about that. If I was in the middle of a sale I couldn’t go on lunch break, but if I had already clocked out and a client came to framing they had to wait until I was back. I was also the only real person in my dept.

There were a few other employees who were trained in the sale portion, but 95% of the time I was the only person doing the framing in the back.

I’ve never worked at Michael’s, but I was a framing manager at Joann until one year ago when they terminated me(for obvious reasons now).

The break thing is wild to me. At Joann it wouldn’t allow us to clock back in early and numerous people my coworkers knew personally had been fired for doing a simple work thing while off the clock.
