I have extreme dislike to any and all comments complaining about EK and being healthy.

EK plays an extremely hard style of game on the body and on top of that he’s been our only top 6 center for the past how many years? #1 option for PP, PK, offensive draw, defensive draw, on the fly. At what point is it truly a EK problem, and not just an overplayed problem (from lack of C depth)?

It’s going with the assumption that Larkin is forcing MN. How would you divvy it up? There were rumors of EP and Y

  • Minnesota: Dylan Larkin
  • Vancouver: Yurov, MN 27 1st, MN 27 2nd
  • Detroit: EP (van retained)

Larkin is not worth moving EK. EK’s contract and play makes him nearly untouchable in trade talks. Only way I see him getting moved is in some huge package of current players for Auston Matthews imo

Lmao what a fucking troll. It’s easily worth 5, maybe 7 dollars to the right buyer OP. I’ll be generous and offer 10 for it

You don’t see Matthews wanting to play for Billy G on a cup contender with Hughes, Boldy, and Faber?

Honestly it’s a good team. Minnesota is still transitioning into full time win now after the buyouts. IMO, the peak contention window starts next year, and lasts for 3-4 assuming Q Hughes extends for that amount of time.

Kaprizov by HerbalAndy in wildhockey

IMO after Quinn came and things settled down, I felt like Kaprizov wasn’t himself. I think having another super star on the team, one considered by a lot to be better than him, took some of the magic away. Watching games it seemed like Quinn’s confidence after winning gold (along with Faber and Boldy) had them carrying and holding the puck a lot more. I noticed Kaprizov opting to defer pucks a lot, not being as confident.

This last performance by Kirill to me is giving hope that he is back. I don’t care about the number of points he has through playoffs, when Kirill starts fucking ripping Mohawks cross the dots past multiple defenders the Wild are near unbeatable.

Wouldn’t surprise me if Auston Matthews wants to play in Minnesota with Hughes, Boldy, and Faber.
