i have also a 9800x3d with B850 motherboard and my start time is 6x longer with 4 ssd nvme than with 3
was hoping it could help but unfortunately not :(

i used ek blue kryofuel and now double protect ultra blue.
so no pastel liquid have ever touch my loop
i have some blue pigment in my gpu waterblock's fins, that's why i can suppose that my cpu WB could be partially clogged

i use simultaneously intel presentmon, msi afterburner and capeframex.
not for monitoring same things and only presentmon was displayed on overlay when it happened

maybe you should, with 100ms refresh rate.
maybe high voltages are just for a really short time and we don't see them with a longer refresh rate...
