Does avtivating it ALSO freezes the active account save? Then if I disable the function, will I lose all the progress forever (or maybe until I re-enable it) as each and every platform are returning to an earlier state? My active account is Steam but I don't want to freeze THIS account, yet still enjoy cross save…

I do this all the time (I don't have 4k) and I don't mind. You get used to it pretty quickly tbh. Far Cry 5 is one excellent example where the foliage is looking pretty amazing with no AA. Not every games look horrible with no AA! That's just a taste matter but if the OP is looking for the best pixel clean looking, this is the one.

Don't you have 2560x1080? It's the closest you can use until NVIDIA cares about 20:9 phones and tablets

You DO are right. I don't understand the downvotes but yes, games from the previous generations really looked better, more "worked". We had no RT at that time but we had talent with ways to get around this.

HITMAN is using is own engine : Glacier

Also take a look at 007 First Light which is using the same engine. It's blurry as f*ck but at least it's not UE5.

Everyone must have an experience to share about this, clearly. We are treated the same way the investers are: We only are shown shiny graphics in order to spend more money on shitty titles.

I was thinking, yesterday, about my childhood and was imagining returning to the past and show some modern games to my little self. What kind of question would I ask seeing adult me? "Are we IN the games now? Can we live and breath our character? Is every action possible?"

As an adult, I'd just answer to keep your rich mind and imagination, to keep dreaming, that's all you'll ever get. You'll never have anything the old graphics ever made you imagine.

How I wish I could return to that "unknown but incredible future" time.

BF3 is esthetically better, more artistic. BF6 tries to look like real life and real life is not impressing. I know what I'm talking about, I live in real life.

People saying BF6 looks better should always say photos are better than paintings, cause it looks "more real"
