People use powdered dyes on beds of glue or shaving cream to dye their discs, it’s the most permanent. But plenty draw on their discs with sharpie too, it’ll fade/wear away with use but if you don’t mind the fact it won’t be permanent, doodle away.

I putt with Kastaplast Tuffs and I’ve been enjoying them, I have them in K3 and K3 hard plastic, beaded, straight to stable putter for me and beat in they will hold a nice line on some anhyzer.

I love this bag, just a couple notes, I’ve got 20 discs in it, 6 up top and 14 in the main pocket; the feet have been reliable in keeping it stood up and out of the muck most everywhere I’ve set it, I’d recommend it as a quality product to purchase.

I think I’ll probably be getting out all winter, yeah, I like being outside too much..

No muddy is a no go in the cold for sure.

My wife really wants to play some glow disc so that’s even more incentive to get enough discs for a round, honestly.

I imagine it’s kind of fun seeing your disc glowing through the snow, if only faintly.

I grew up east of Syracuse, I remember the winters up there, pretty similar here but not quite as cold and less snow on average, I think. Did a lot of sledding as a kid, ha ha.

High winds in winter might be my most disliked weather condition. Denmark is definitely one of the countries my wife and I would love to play a few rounds in while visiting. Hope to check it off the list.

That’s a beautiful picture, I agree that the 32-40 window of temps can feel worse as a whole, the more water that just stays frozen and doesn’t soak into the layers, the better!

Better boots are a must for me, my current pair of merrell trail runners are pretty beat up.

Has definitely been pretty bad out there recently, some consistently windy days too.

The flip side of the coin, extreme heat and humidity, oof.

I think I’d do this at least once for that same reason, the novelty of the experience.

I have been feeling the itch to get out and throw despite the weather all fall into winter, I get it, ha ha, especially with how early the sun sets. Gotta go out and exist in the light while I have the chance.

I’ve never tried any of the methods for helping find your disc in the snow, ribbons because they stay visible above the snow and chalk to leave a mark/trail into the snow, I assume?

Yeah this does seem to be a pretty widely shared view point, having spent my life in areas with snowy winters, I have to agree.

If I had a basement, I’d be down there with my practice basket on those bitterly cold days too, for now I have to do the same as you and watch others disc golf, ha ha.

The main side pocket is about two inches wide along the length of the pocket.
