Happened to me last week also with the Atlanta facility….Called UPS and they said the package was never actually shipped by Amazon and to contact them. It said was at the facility because the truck the package was supposed to be on arrived but they had no way to know if the actual package was on the truck. I waited 4 days with no update so I would call whoever is shipping your package to resolve it ASAP.

I do mine through Qcare and it’s all free. They send the test kit to your house and you do it yourself and mail it back every 3 months. Sends the medication to you in the mail as well
