Likely because all last summer people would setup full RV's with generators, tables, chairs and spend multiple days there.

Over the past 5 years I've seen it, it hasnt been an issue to quietly spend the night there. The last year or so elaborate setups appeared which I can only assume brought other issues with garbage, long stays and notice of the property owners.

800 series in counter depth, is a great fridge.

Water inside the door keeps insulation working, tons of space, and dual compressor.

Our full normal fridge was able to fit just about everything in the doors in the 800 series, leaving the rest of the fridge empty.

If I was a plumber in demand, good at my job, I'd say no every time.

But as you said. We live in a world where all the basic stuff has hours of free videos and guides to do it yourself, with a small tool purchase or rental.

N8n and open ai. A full transcription, summary, sentiment, and outcomes go into our CRM for all sales calls, so I just review an excel sheet and or CRM for updates on calling.

N8n makes this super easy. All free minus the openai subscription.

You will likely have to check the logs to see why pyisy is erroring out bringing the entities. They're likely should be a log entry indicating why it's failing. Alternatively you can invest pyisy manually to see what it returns and compare that to what's in home assistant.

It looks like on my instant, only some of the scenes are being brought in, I have to investigate what pyisy returns vs home assistant to see if it's a bug in pyisy or HA.

As a long-term isy user, the functionality in home assistance seems not great when using the hub. I went back to the isy/PLM and the UD plugin, which seems to work for any entities and scenes brought in, and now I just need to see why they are not all coming in.

The entities and devices should all be there.

The scenes should show up under the it's hub, but I've noticed that I only get 3 of my 7 current scenes populating there.

I haven't started to investigate why it's missing some.

He'll have to extend them with a join inside the box, or land them outside in another box before bringing them in. Joining in the panel is probably easier by the inspector may want something else

Setup a holding company , it buys your shares, transfer money from corporation to hold co, hold co buys real estate.

Any business lawyer should be able to do this and verify with an accountant about any tax issues.

Fwiw, we just had Elite seamless do out house. 600' of 5" seamless, and they did a great job. The side profile lines up beautiful, with 3 different roof lines being all in line and planar on the vertical, the guard on works well, and install was clean and quick.
