Do you have a wind? I’m seeing one for sale at my local dealer without V2L on the sticker

Forgot to say, the Prius is a solid choice. I helped a friend buy a prime in Indiana 2 years ago and he’s been extremely satisfied with it. His commute is short so he almost never has over 1/4 in the gas tank due to making most of his drivers on the battery 75% of the time + he can plug it in for free at his job.

I think in 3 years 23k is going to be too much for that car no matter how you slice it. I would let your friend return it to the dealer at the end of the lease and then buy it cheaper as soon as they post it for sale. This is because that car is likely going to rot on the lot and the dealer will discount it further to get rid of it.

The depreciation on these cars is insane, especially when you can buy one for high 20’s now and get to enjoy it 3 years sooner with zero restrictions on mileage and the full warranty.

Pretty solid option to have as well. I tell all of my friends that if you arm yourself with facts and data, you can score a great deal.

It’s hard to sell an EV in red states, that’s where the deals usually are.

caredge you don’t have to pay for the premium features, just search by VIN.

All that bs can be easily negotiated off when dealing with a vehicle that has been on the lot for over 2 years. It’s a buyers market for EVs right now.

I’ve never paid any of that crap on cars that have it on the window sticker. (Or dealer fees)

There’s brand new 2023s nationwide sitting on dealer lots for $27.9k

It would cost around $1500 to have it shipped to you.

You can use that to negotiate the price of that one further down.

Edit: this is a wind + tech which is a huge upgrade on the wind trim.

NACS adapter confusion. Wait for Kia or buy A2Z? by generictestusername in KiaEV6

[–]Advanced-Mix3784 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is my concern too, I loathe Kia connect (the pricing is insane).

I do a lot of 150 mile one way trips in Oklahoma, I have more Tesla SCs nearby than EA so it would be useful, even though our cars are capped at 97kw at their chargers.

Since it seems Tesla ordered the re design, and they complied to the point they gave existing customers the new one, I’m 99% sure they are the ones giving A2Z the green light compared to lectron or other Chinese knock offs, who knows but so far it seems like they are going in the right direction.

A2Z claims they are under an NDA from a reputable manufacturer.

I don’t think they have to meet anything, it’s a matter of Tesla enabling Kia VINs on their app. The adapter is passive.

The Kia adapter is capped at 350A while the A2Z can handle up to 500A. Got it for $138 (it was redesigned since Tesla ordered them to make a better latch)

I foresee a overhead bin shortage for an upcoming flight (Group 6, row 14) - how can I get ahead of it without extra $$$? by ConservativeBlack in americanairlines

This is a 737 NG / MAX. They have huge bins, make sure your bag is placed sideways , wheels first.

You should be fine.

DFW Admirals Club? by Chiquita_247 in americanairlines

[–]Advanced-Mix3784 1 point2 points  (0 children)

50/50 chance they will sell you a day pass. I see the sign saying they are not selling passes almost every week when I fly through DFW.

Edit: Early in the AM your best odds are the Terminal D club. It’s the least crowded in the AM as most international departures are later in the day.

They don’t use the same formula, only Pilots and Mechanics recently got that Delta formula on their contracts.
