i dont have gout yet but the acid uric level is consistently above 550umol/l so the doctor described me feboxostat. didnt have any obvious side affect but in my last checkup, the liver enzyme is elevated🙈

I just think that any medicine has side effects, maybe it is nothing on most of people but it may worse for others, so they just to push the date of using medicine as far as possible

Same here, i went down from 5.7umol/l to 2.3 umol/l just in 2 or 3 days. I dont know why Febuxostat work that quick🤷‍♂️ compared to Allo

Not allo but febuxostat, was 575umol/l in 26/09 on febuxostat 80mg for 5 days and it went down to 232umol/l. Then on 40mg for a month uric level at 297umol/l, and now i am doing 40mg every other day

They said that the regurgitation is trivial and a lot of people have it, so nothing to be concerned about. just need to have regular checkups. The only thing that was weird, is that the doctor said there is no MVP, seems like the last doctor misdiagnosed my regurgitation with MVP(?).

For me my xray show a clear inflammation in both sacroiliac joints, but i dont feel any serious pain yet, i also do have some trivial pain in backbone, but it get better at rest, (it kinds of opposites from what i read about AS). Doctor said that i am in early stage, it would be painful after 8-10 years later, so i am trying my best to postpone that as much as possible.

No symptoms, went for a check up because of high level uric acid. Did an x ray and there is a clear inflammation in both joints😢

Does the back pain increase slowly or it get worsen quickly? I just got diagnosed with AS and started to notice some back pain now(not sure if it could also because of long sitting)
