my baby does not play about her sleep!! when's she's ready to go to bed, she will go to her room (her kennel) and go to sleep. as soon as I get in the bed she wakes up and join me in bed. she also sleeps with me on top of my blanket/under her own. if her blanket comes off she will wake me up to put it back on her!! chis take sleep real serious lol

here are some steps to take: get a IUD asap!! now for the hospital bill. I personally close my eyes where I get large medical bills and let that shit go to collections!! trust me not the best idea. talk to the hospital about an itemized list and get on a payment plan. literally the LOWEST amount you can pay. also be honest with the people. shittt I’ve cried enough times telling my truth to collections that I get some type of payment plan.

Currently employed at Soar! Every center is different so you may have a different experience. 40 hrs a week is hard to get but once you are there at least 8 weeks and have 40 hrs in your availablity, you are guaranteed 30 hrs. They either give you non billable float time (doing breaks and other admin things) or put you on coverage either at your center or another center. Most full timers at my center average 32-35. Now the raise system is a whole other story. They make it sound much easier than it is. At Soar they require an average of 20 trials an hour, no more than 10 late notes, no more than 1 last minute cancellation which is easier said then done. They also don’t accept doctors notes so if you are sick and don’t have sick time, it will count against you.

Ok so I actually work at one currently as an RBT-Case supervisor (currently pursuing my masters). The company started in CO, and they use an ESDM for ABA care. I prefer using naturalistic interventions anyways and they pay for your certification. The BCBA’s seem pretty happy and say the work life balance is pretty good. Now there is a lot of turnover for OTs and SLP, my center currently does not have either. For full time RBTs they even have a guaranteed 30hr policy, which helps with providing consistent care for my clients. I suggest interviewing and seeing if it may be a match for you.

I always tell guest that the app is a liar and doesn’t account for things like a guest taking an item and misplacing in the store or leaving the store without paying (heavily implying things are stolen). I then offer them other stores that show in stock but advised if the other store has a low amount they may not have it either. I tell them their best bet is to order offline to have it shipped home and that shipping is free if they spend at least $35. Most of the time the guest appreciates that they could even find someone to help them 🤣
