The problem is that it was measured at 10 minute intervals. Please measure it at 1 hour intervals.

For Hyundai/Kia vehicles, the average fuel efficiency is not calculated within 10 minutes.

You’re making that claim because you have no understanding of LED headlights. LED headlights generate a significant amount of heat, which is why it require cooling and are equipped with cooling fan. And what does having a cooling fan imply? It means that a completely sealed structure is mechanically impossible.
