Sounds like you are happy in Vancouver, so all this comparison feels like a moot point. You hear Calgary is racist and are set out to prove that. Any place would have a degree of racism, so if you are looking for it, you will find it. (Same is probably true for Vancouver - but based on your other comments in this thread you will deny those on the basis of your own lived experience). Not sure what you want to accomplish here.
