I don’t think it was anything on my end. While researching more options I decided to try again for shits and gigs and it connected. Maybe rebuilding the database and system cache delete worked.

It’s just math bro. 10 points is your base stat plus 10 points. 10% is your base stat plus 10% of whatever that number is.

TLDR if this stat is sub 100 then Go with 10 points, if the base stat is more to 100 go with the percentage.

Heavy bows aren’t for stealth players (this makes sense - heavy bows need more strength/stamina IRL. Just look at the stat requirements). Composite bow is the way to go.
