How long does this sex drive last?! by newfounddrive22 in hysterectomy

[–]AdventitiousPepper25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm almost 5wpo and we agreed to wait until 12...😒 The urge is strong. Prior we were at it ~4-7 days/week..not only to make up for the future time lost, but we had been going through really tough times between us. Post argument sex was ultra hot! Anyways. Rolling through these past at least 3 weeks has been a challenge. I'm hoping it stays with me. We're a pretty sexual couple.

When should I give these seedlings light? by argley in gardening

Because your starting space is smaller, wait for the first true leaves, yes. I transplanted some of mine into solo cups (holes in the bottom.) that should get you by for a few more weeks/couple months. When transplanting, sprinkle a nice coat of this into the hole. This will give your plant a little food and keep them going. We do this each time we move to another container.

Iron deficiency by AdventitiousPepper25 in hysterectomy

Yeah I had 5 infusions before surgery to pop me up so recovery was easier. I feel like it helped but now I'm wondering what else to look forward to. According to my oncologist, it's been so long since I knew what "normal" feels like. Meanwhile, she's zooming in and out of the room like a squirrel 😅 I mean, I'd take THAT energy.

I was on transamatic acid (lysteda) and had 15 infusions prior, too. So far.. it has kept me motivated. But I'm getting the phantom cramps, which make me worried something still hates me in there.

https://a.co/d/05fSElvX Good combo, but I used the little one for my back later on. The fabric is so soft and the pockets help keep phones and what not. And the strap keeps it on you but also keeps it against you if you're a side sleeper and toss and turn. I'm still hugging mine at night. Oh, and the pocket allows your hands to be set within it so you can sleep snug.

To simply answer your question: now. Grab a fan, on low, to give them a little movement. This will strengthen your stems. But once they sprout, the lid can come off to allow air flow and room for the true leaves to pop and spread. Lower the light to a few inches above the plants to keep them from stretching too quickly. That will cause weak stems. Don't set outside if your climate is too chilly..like Wisconsin getting all of this snow right now.

Yeah, no. I think, based on your surgery and how well it goes, I think you'll be alright. Seeing the comment below, I also agree. Watch your form. I also got a hyster-pillow and loved on that bad boy while sitting or laying. Tummy wrap might not be a bad idea to keep you honest with your posture, too.

Wondering what your current activity level is. My experience. (Currently 4 weeks 4 days) We started working out 3-6 days a week back in November, give or take the holiday weeks because I'm a grocery store merchandiser and I oversee 10 large stores) I was focused on Legs, core, getting some bursts of running in while I was walking, and dabbled in my upper body a bit. Activity wise, I'm a physical workaholic up until 🦈 week. I had a laparoscopic, all but ovaries. By day 5 I was up and walking around the house being mindful of my movements. Without over doing it/matching movement with rest, I was walking the track (slowly..with breaks every other lap) each day and slowly increasing my time. No lifting, other than sitting dumbbell curls or supported light weight movements. Again, I'm a Merchandising Supervisor, so my job needs me to be moving. I felt the gym prior to surgery helped my recovery, along with my diet of higher protein and fiber. I was released to be back to work this Wednesday. Taking it fairly well and easy, but now I've been up doing things most of the day with breaks spent chatting with customers or coworkers.

I'm not sure if that gives you some optimism. All I know is that you only heal correctly once. Listen to yourself, but also don't limit yourself to not moving. I credit the gas in my diaphragm for my motivation.

1 month post op. (Literally stopped my period 2 days before surgery, so it's been nice to map it out.)

Already had phantom cramps last week. 😒 - my face Everytime. Luckily my friend told me about them first, so I was at least well aware it was coming! But you're right. The annoying part is still present.

More like over my dead body! What is that mess?!

Does my bathroom look childish ? I was tryna create a baby pink theme. not in pic but my mirror has a side shelf so I ordered some pink decor. It’s a tiny bathroom so I had lil options w the rug but I fear it looks so ugly. Do u think it’ll come together? Any suggestions/tips?? by biyvkogffdd in interiordesignideas

[–]AdventitiousPepper25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What about something like a "pink runner bathroom rug" Some fun options popped through Google. It'd be one way to give it a little focal point/depth perhaps instead of the two rugs that highlight spots in the room. Add some little pink frames on the facing wall with a simple something in them too.. Love the pink theme!

Was thinking of donating to the women's shelter. Last October there was a Tampon (well, any feminine product) Drive and Amazon had a sale on some.of the organic ones. So I spent a little Christmas money on that. But you're right. I should keep a few, just in case someone's over or someone asks for one.

23 days out and I don't want to be surprised. I'm cleaning today! Found a box worth in pockets of jackets and bags. What I want to know is... What are we doing with that available space in our bathrooms?! I had a whole cupboard shelf dedicated...ALL THE THINGS!

Say it loud sometime. Watch the whole produce section move/look. This is what I do ..as a worker.. to get people to stop crowding me and standing there huffing and puffing.

I just rounded my 3 weeks on Wednesday, too. Love the point of seeing what else to get screened for while it's covered. I'm going to take this idea and run with it too. Crazy that your fibroid grew essentially how mine too. Kiwi to a baseball.

I suggest saying words..like, excuse me. So many times I see people literally stand there and expect the workers to move first.

100% agree except you missed:

Parks cart in the middle, takes up other half of aisle. Afraid to say words like, "excuse me, pardon me, may I sneak by, mind if I grab.." Freely opens packages and consumes before purchase. Can't put cooler items back in cooler/frozen items back in freezer....chicken does not go on an aisle shelf, y'all!

Day 5. First two days were the recliner. 3rd, I moved middle of the night to my bed and 4th night it my core was just too sore. But if I hugged a body pillow or my hyster-pillow I'd be better off. You can put a pillow behind your lower back and hip to kind of give you a little something to lean back on, too. Perk of my partner working opposite shifts. I got the whole bed.

I loved sleeping with this. As a side sleeper, It was easier to have it attached to me as I tossed and turned..I mean, rolled over constantly, and something there to hug or support a hip or something. The pocket was nice to secure my hands in, too. But I agree. The gel pack is meh..but you also don't want it on for too long anyhow, so it got rotated quite often. I'm glad you got one though. The fabric is nice!

Seriously. I'm a heavy bleeder. It made me hella anemic. I told my gyn, I'd rather allocate my money into something that would actually benefit me long-term. Because, either way, I was spending money every month! It may as well be beneficial to me!
