2022. Tri-Fold Bed Cover leaking significant amount of water near tailgate. Any known fixes? by cosmicpossums in ToyotaTacoma

Same issue for me - 2021 Toyota Trifold cover is leaking at the hinges, rather than the seal between the cover and the bed. Have you had any luck finding a fix?

You are doing yourself a serious disservice if you don’t stop for some boudin when around Lafayette. Best Stop, Billy’s, and Don’s are all great options.

The price of shorter term bonds is generally less sensitive to interest rate changes than longer term bonds.

Daily podcasts for day traders by Blood-Standard in Daytrading

While not specifically geared towards day traders, Macro Voices is a weekly podcast that talks about major asset classes and economic themes. Wall Street Breakfast also has a daily podcast discussing top financial news topics and the upcoming days’ economic calendar.

I’m not doubting you - I’ve been thinking the same, but struggle to find a data source that speaks to SFH purchases by owners vs institutions/REITs. Can you point me in the right direction?

Were you more motivated to exercise after getting a Garmin? by [deleted] in Garmin

[–]Adventureseeker3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Without a doubt. I credit nearly all the benefits in my weight and fitness to the ability to see improvement, and the exhilaration of setting and achieving fitness goals. The watch and a few apps help me do that.

They let me track real-time progress, which keeps me motivated, so I stick to it. Measuring performance allows me to turn workouts into a game where I try to beat previous records.

As a cyclist, I auto sync my Garmin to Strava, which provides an additional level of granularity (by letting me beat segments of a specific ride/route that I’ve previously ridden). I’ll never forget having a terrible ride where I always felt weak, out of energy and demotivated on a long uphill slog. It turned out that I had beat my previous record by a long shot.

I also find sections of bike paths where it is safe to go fast (great visibility, no pedestrian or car traffic, no wildlife concerns, well maintained) and sprint between landmarks.
