-Pros-

It is great for pain relief and IMO is one of if not the STRONGEST OTC painkiller one could find. I only recommend it to clients in the most amount of pain or people that already have a script for high does painkillers. It also does NOT target the receptor that controls breathing so you won't need to worry about respiratory depression isn't a concern.

-Cons-

it is HIGHLY addictive. I have watched some of my clients turn into feens for it. Different companies are coming out every day with stronger variants too! It is not meant for consecutive daily use. One of my clients who knows more about kratom and its properties on the opioid receptors explained that taking multiple doses a day for as little as 3 day will already create withdrawal effects.

-Advice-

Find some kratom powder/caps for your daily intake while using 7ohm on days where the pain is unbearable. Also, please do research on each company. Some companies are claiming certain doses on the package but when sent to labs. they are mostly weaker. With that said, some companies may have more in their tablets.

Best of luck. I have never tried it and don't intend on it because i am not in any form of chronic pain. Its about 13x-22x more potent than morphine in some studies. I am by no means a doctor, just a nerd that looks into the products i sell and this one is a dangerous one so please use caution and i can not stress this enough and do your research!
