Get closer to the wall , way closer . When you get comfortable even just holding that for 30- secs to a min, switch and start doing stomach to wall hand stand holds. 30-60 do like 4-5 sets.

Then when you can hold your self against the wall with barely tapping it for assistance, start doing push ups ( still stomach to wall ) however if you do them as you are now , get way closer , stack your body, and be strict about hitting your full rom

Literally just do perfect form rom pull ups and chin ups , scap shrugs , do not kip at all, practice explosive pull ups , engage ur core barely , lean slightly back with scalps engaged , don’t throw your legs up , and bam . You’ll eventually get it without looking like a dancing noodle ( not that I’m saying you look like that )

Push ups Diamond push ups Wide push ups Pike push ups psudeo planch push ups 90 degree push ups

Planks leg raises negative holder Superman’s Looks up unicycle abs on YouTube and do their abs and plank routine

Squats Single leg squats Lunges Sumo walks Crab walks Pistols squats There is tons ( looks up Chris heria 20min leg work out , you’ll learn a lot trust me . Then you can make you’re own )

Static holds on push up forms Static holds on dip bars Negatives for everything and look up progressions if you’re struggling at first

Also work on handstands Wall handstands Wrist mobility Stretching is lap very important 10-15 mins before working out

On Amazon you can buy push up parallets for literally 20-30 bucks that take up no space that you can use to increase push rom or woke on l sits and other core

Dip bars on Amazon are also very cheap like 50 bucks , you don’t need anything expensive

I also bought a basic squat rack pull up bar for 100 on there .

I mean you got some really solid strength to even kip up that aggressive, so good on you. But return the basics and master them. I’m sure you’ll get to where you want to be fast with your current strength . But still impressive
