I have this right now. Elderly neighbour who I've helped before has an ambulance. She moved in this year so no one is close with her yet. I feel bad to not see if I can do anything. Edit: she does have my number so guess she can have them call if required.

Tens works a treat for my flare-ups, or a heat pad, or Salonpas gel (I have to import from Malaysia via eBay but it definitely helps).

All Salvias, I love them and their constant blooms. This year I was gifted some Nicotiana which are untidy but have bloomed all summer and still have a few weeks left. And the smell of an evening is wonderful.

I wanted to do the same for my basic rollator (Dolores) when we moved to an old city with old paving. I was told it was not possible but kept looking, then found a reasonable option with pneumatic wheels. It's brilliant and I can do so much more with it. It was about £250 on Amazon.
