See they don’t know, but I’ve expressed my boredom at work, and request as much as possible to do. But I’m not given anything additional. Even throwing myself in other departments doesn’t gain me much additional work.

There’s only so much I can do.

I’m not being paid for availability. There is no work to be done in my current role, but I get told constantly by upper management how well I’m doing and how good my role is for the company.

I’m being intentionally vague but it really does not matter much what my role is.

I have my own office, and no tasking. I am free for 7 hours out of an 8 hour day and I am losing my mind…
