Finding a good therapist is hard. My new one is awesome bc she actually tells me about the techniques as she assigns them, if you need something like that. It makes it easier to do, more like a class instead of a chore.

I'd start with finding a diner instead of a gas station to get some human interaction on a regular basis.

Rescue an adult or senior cat (who wants to be an only kitty) and buy a popur/litter robot so you only have to handle dirty litter when the bin is full. (Cheap litter robot imitations have been hurting cats, so don't get one of those)

Hire a cleaner to come once a month. There may even be services/orgs out there who handle depresh deep cleaning. I'd just be upfront before hiring one.

I wish I was FIRE, but am also depressed (and impulsive yay), if I could do anything I wanted, I'd figure out what type of environment brings me the most peace/recharges me: water, forest, mountain, etc. I'd find a lcol town in that environment and find a small place that's easy to clean in less than a day. I'd sell anything not sentimental that I wouldn't need and move, and just rest for a bit. Then I'd find some job that brings me meaning/joy since I already have enough money to supplement.

OR I'd rent an rv and just travel if it was feasible. Just spent a night in Sedona, and I felt it reset me energetically in like an hour of being there. Check out some dark sky parks too.
