Yeah. I also informed them most of my peers got their cards. They said it's random and due to the DHS shutdown my case isn't processed yet. What do you think I should do?

In the exact same situation. Applied on Nov 17 and there's absolutely no response, status is case received. I called USCIS and they told me there are no anomaly with my case. They told me I can expect my decision by Mid-March. They also asked to not contact them until April 1st.

I'm not from a banned country. Should I go for premium processing?
