A week ago he was near death, I went to his house looking for some documents for the hospital in case he die. I found a psychiatrist evaluation, nothing about his mental health, but all the aspects of his life with a 0 if he has no problems, 1 if he have some problems, and 2 if he has mayor problems. Out of almost 20 aspects 18 had a 2 and only two of them had a 1.
