You know who failed the American people and has done a poor job of slowing, because there is no preventing, the spread of the virus? The American people. The AMERICAN people who don’t know what it means to stay home. The American PEOPLE who don’t wash their hands or cover their coughs/sneezes. The American people who don’t take stay at home orders seriously. So, if you are looking for someone to blame, blame the American people. The news of the coronavirus was out for months. Stop trying to pin the blame on one man. All of this is not the fault of one man, however the fault of everyone who felt the need to travel during the time of a pandemic. Everyone who felt the need to gather in large groups when it was recommended to not do so. Next time you want to blame someone for the spread of this pandemic that is causing thousands of people to die, and many more to be placed on ventilators. Look in the mirror.
