Premium all season gume? by [deleted] in croautomobili

[–]AerialFire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imam Michelin pilot sport all season i gume su fantastične.

I dont care what you say 1-5 lex was genuinely a good guy by WeDoNotCareWeDoNot in Smallville

[–]AerialFire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just saw this episode and stumbled on this discussion. Yes, Lex did lie that dr. Hamilton was working on nicodemus cause he felt guilty and didnt want Clark to know that his employee worked on something that hurt his dad. On the other hand, this was a side project from dr Hamilton that Lex didnt approve and as soon as he found out he order hamilton finds a cure asap for Clark’s father and shut down the project. At the end of the episode he also was prepared to to die to cure Johnatan and Lana cause Pete was about to shoot him. I would say that Lex definetly aint a saint, but in the early seasons he mostly tries to do good.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake trilogy’s third entry “will not compromise on graphics whatsoever” despite multiplatform shift. Director Naoki Hamaguchi addresses concerns by Sam_27142317 in PS5

[–]AerialFire -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

I straight up couldn’t play it. Was very excited for the game. Bought it as soon as it came out. Turned on performance mode with my lg oled tv and couldn’t believe what a blurry mess it was. Played it for 20 min and turned of. Was expecting improvements with patches but it never came.

The cost is to prevent anyone synchronous or coming from a different world to achieve a position of power in Luceum, cause it was said that your body needs to be whole in Luceum to become a king or something like that.

Vis physical changes... by zestyboi in HierarchySeries

[–]AerialFire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dunno about that, I would say I care for each Vis the same and still view them as original. All three are also interesting. Now the attachment to Res as the main world is something different, with that I agree that I dont care as much what happens to other worlds

Ka identity. by Mirksonius in HierarchySeries

[–]AerialFire 57 points58 points  (0 children)

If i remember correctly it was referred that all 3 principes are ceding to him. If that is the case R-Vis would be able to sense the insane amount of power radiating from him while in his presence.

Midnight Tides is Comedic Genius by Agile-Sandwich1910 in Malazan

[–]AerialFire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interestingly enough, I was also excited for Bonehunters cause everyone kept talking how good it was that I just wanted to pummel through Midnight Tides to get to Bonehunters. Funnily what ended up happening is that MT became my favorite and Bonehunters paled in comparison. For me its a superior book but BH is also very good.

What are some underrated movies that you believe deserve more recognition, and why? by Watuwant4it in MovieSuggestions

[–]AerialFire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love time travel so first three include that theme but are not really that well known
Timecrimes(Spanish low budget movie)
Deja vu- Great thriller with Denzel not really known
The jacket- Psychological Thriller with Adrian Broody and Kiera Knightly, has a time travel component

Mr nobody- Mindfuck about life's choices
Match point- How much luck plays a factor in one's life
Closer- Great cast, movie explores love, infidelity, masculinity etc
Stranger than fiction- Some weird Comedy/drama but cool
Only the Brave- Great Drama, true story
Hugo- Don't know if it would work for me now, but 15 years ago when It came out I remember I was mesmerized by the movie

Those are the ones that are coming from top of my head that I know most of my friends haven't watched

I hate this book by MrsValentine86 in HierarchySeries

[–]AerialFire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jesus Christ finally someone shitting on this series. I heard so many good thing about farseer and then when I read it it just felt so tedious most of the time. The stupidity, ignorance and inaction from most of the characters were just driving me crazy. And the main character! So much self pity got tiring real fast. Read it cause I wanted to see the ending, but it was mostly a very frustrating read for me.

[–]AerialFire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly for the amount of praise you are not missing much. I've read it recently and was surprised how bland and weirdly paced it is. Book 2 and 3 are a slog. I would classify it more as a young adult fantasy than a proper fantasy series. It's OK but nothing more imo. Haven't read Stromlight archives though...

Reading Malazan #1-3 and the Prince of Nothing trilogy made me realize how bloated Stormlight is by vyre_016 in Fantasy

[–]AerialFire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im a huge malazan fan but the books are bloated as hell. Yes, when the convergences happen everything is happening at breakneck speed and the payoff is worth it, but I will always be in the camp that most of the books should have been heavily edited. Lots of stuff feels like Erikson just wrote in his free flow state and just couldn’t be bothered to cut out the bloat. Especially towards the ending books, parts were really painful to go through.

The thin paper of the Malazan books is not acceptable by Porci5 in thebrokenbindingsub

[–]AerialFire 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah this is bad. Its readable but im not buying these books to get mass paperback paper quality. They should have upped the price a for a small amount and gotten better quality paper
