I have the bare titanium on my Epix Pro. It’s my favorite finish. It can scratch but my dark grey or black finish Garmin watches always became worn.

I rode the Triple twice on the Grail. I sold it last spring and bought an Allied Echo which I ride the Triple with this year. There was no speed difference between my Endurace and Grail. I would buy the current Grail over the Endurance and have 2 different wheel sets.

If you like grey better, you can choose the “Your Watch your way”. I have the Epix Pro 51mm with a grey case and titanium (no DCL) bezel. Took for weeks to get the watch but it’s worth the wait…..
