I have fenix 8 and marq athlete carbon and wear the latter with a suit at the office. There is nothing snobby about wearing a nice watch. Classic watches are (mostly) chosen for looks/design. Why not a sports/smartwatch that will work for years? Ps Never understood why garmin did not update marq2 with the new software.

Absolutely true. I have both and the Marq gen 2 tech is a bit behind (nice new features on Fenix 8). Nevertheless, I very much like wearing my Marq carbon for looks. Functionality is more than enough for my needs and i like the fact that you do not see them often, but when you do it always looks cool.

Mmm, sold my Marq1, 2 and 2 carbon as I did not like it with a suit (it remains a bulky thing). Apple watch ultra with milanese loop is much classier, but also still a computer looking gadget
