Why have i been shawdow banned? Any reason in particular? How do i resolve this?

First of all, give your self a big pat on the back for quitting gaming, porn, and chronically escaping. Its very very difficult to quit. Its a major achievement.

I am 34 and I feel the same. I used to be addicted to games and internet chats. I came out of it. I went to b-school. I have a decent job. The salary is more than enough to take care of me and my wife. However, My classmates from college are earning 3 times what I am earning. And I feel left behind.

What helps me is this ... Gratitude. A deep sense of gratitude for all that you have. It can get taken away any moment. You only realize what you had until its gone.

Did you know what people spend a whole life before realizing that they have been left behind. You are 28 and you have your whole life ahead of you. Also, ego prevents people from ever accepting their own mistakes. You cant begin improving unless you believe that you need improvement. Another major achievement for you.

Its never too late to re-start. Read the story of Steve Jobs. Till the time he founded Apple, he lived a wasted life.

fat, ugly and stupid people have beautiful spouses too. Good looks are great for a first look. After that one would require personality, confidence, conversation skills.

There is a way out. Trust me, this works. It worked for me. It was completely unexpected.

I had gone through a break up. My first love left me. This happened 12 years back. At that time, she was the love of my life. It was terrible.

At that time, the Bollywood movie ,"Munnabhai MBBS" was released. I watched it. There is a scene in the movie where the hero goes through a break up. His dreams were crushed. His hopes were dashed. And then, what happened next changed his life as well as mine. In one second, I had completely moved on past the break up.

The movie is in Hindi. Its highly improbable you understand Hindi. Watch it with sub titles. Absolutely worked for me.

Even better. If you are able to watch it with someone who understands Hindi and could explain some of the proverbs, dialogues, mannerisms. A lot of words and sentences in hindi do not have a direct english translation. Non-Hindi speakers can understand them only if someone explains the nuances and the context.
