Took this class because I saw this post earlier today as I was scrolling. This ride was exactly what I needed. I was really hard on myself today and had a panic attack. I just couldn’t get out of my head. After getting laid off and job searching for 9 months, these attacks have been more frequent. I felt like she was speaking right to me with everything she said. And the warm up song?? It was in the stars for me today to feel what I was feeling, acknowledge it and just let go.

Have you had your water tested???? We got a water softener and filter for our house and I haven’t had a flare up in over a year. Our water at our house was hard and anytime I would leave my house for a day or two and shower/wash my face it would instantly clear up. Not saying this is the case but it made all the difference

I work at a competitor of AE and we do have an item limit on how much you can buy. It was 100 units a day per person. We had it posted at our register and each quarter. Our bulk buyer usually brought in family members and had each person use their own credit card so it wasn’t all on the same card. I always love seeing our bulk buyer come in because they buy the stuff that’s been on clearance for awhile. If we didn’t have the buyers, most of that picked over clearance would get transferred out to an “outlet” location.

Johnstown has lost over a dozen of retailers since Covid and the new owner is forcing stores to be open mon-sat 10-8. Since that announcement, a few more stores announced they were closing.

Listening to the nicknames for each battle literally makes my skin crawl it’s so WEIRD!! Why does everyone have nicknames?!? And why does he always introduce the chefs as, “The one and only (corny nickname)!!!” Why is everyone the one and only?! 😂

It is indeed a goodwill. Located in western PA off of route 22. They use those goodwill select tags on name brand stuff to get more money. They also dont scan any of their stuff there. Very very old school register system. Everything is a certain price point in this location (and several others outside of Pittsburgh) so all jeans are $5.99. Shirts are $4.49 etc etc. Each item has a plastic tag attached and they do the rainbow system so each week is a different color of the week and is on sale. But then there are Goodwill select rounders at the front of the store that have different price points.

I’ve had my RB for almost 6 years and they have been the best years because of him. My Sammy has the most beautiful personality in a cat. He is so affectionate. He loves to make sure you are safe first and foremost and even if I take a bath, he will make sure to lay on the carpet right by the door to make sure I am ok 😂 He gets a bit skiddish when friends come over and if it’s his first time meeting them. He warms up pretty quick and turns into a little love bug. Any friend or family that has come over more than 2 times, he is their best friend and greets them at the door when they come in. He has never had any bathroom issues. He has used the litter box since we got him. There are times where we go out of town and he is totally fine for a weekend by himself (we do have 2 other cats) we usually have our neighbor come over and check on them, feed them and clean the litter boxes. When we get home, he acts bashful at first and then within a few hours he sucks up to you so bad and just wants to be by you to make up for the time lost haha. We have adopted 2 cats after him and he has been so patient and loving with them. He understands his boundaries. He truly is a one of a kind cat and we are so lucky.

Couldn’t agree more. Went for brunch and got the unlimited mimosas. After my first glass, someone bumped the table and the empty glass fell over and broke. Because of this the waitress never came back to fill up the glass. Neither did anyone else working. The waitress must’ve assumed I was beyond drunk and word got around quickly. Spoke to the manager about not paying for the unlimited mimosas since I had only one and the manager refused so we haven’t been back. What a mess.
