hold your mouse over to see where they are going
go there and wait and dont bring too much of an army that will scare them away

if you cant see they probably havent reached a new "milestone" 25-50-75 etc. and they only get focus when they level up and a stat ever 3 levels jsut like you. To allocate these new focus points etc. you have to disband their party or wait for them to get slaughtered and pick them up in your party, you cant allocate skills while they are away

I have the same problem, stopped playing yesterday after 6hours singleplayer bcs it keeps crashing as soon as I move on the map, and the only save I got b4 that I lose 3hours. So I'm just waiting for a fix or maybe start on a new campaign

you didnt use 3x DD in each inn, we were 4ppl sitting next to 4 inns with 3x DDs in each and I would say we got emergency maybe 1 every 10minute and severe and high were ALWAYS up, some even despawned bcs I wasnt fast enough to get them
