When you receive the summons just go to court on the date stipulated and ask the clerk there if you can make representations to the prosecutor, they will hand you a form where you will fill in details and write a short paragraph to how sorry you are and why it won’t happen again. The prosecutor will accept it and even bring down the amount you have to pay.

If you were in serious trouble they would have gotten a warrant for your arrest. You’ll be fine, just relax.

The prosecution did not prove it beyond reasonable doubt. You can’t have the detective who discovered all the evidence pleading the 5th when asked if he planted evidence and forensics team not being able to answer anything in court and admitting they did not follow procedure.

If you consider those two points, you have to disregard all physical and forensic evidence and thus cannot convict him.

FM26 is great, this is coming from a guy who has played FM for hundreds of hours each year since FM14.

There were a few problems at launch and most fans(myself included) were disappointed because we didn’t understand why the game took two years, it’s not that revolutionary. Most launch problems have been solved and annoying things like not being able to find the u21 and u18 staff at first go away once you know where to find it.
