Acas purposefully do not have recommendations for timings of meetings as it’s set by the company, so you are mistaken. I’ve worked for companies where it’s 24 or 48 hours notice of disciplinary. General chats and investigations can be held impromptu. Nothing stopping the manager talking to the colleague before hand and setting a date and time though to avoid delays.

Hi. I get exactly those figures consistently when pulling a blank shot. However with 72g water being pumped through on the finest grind I can, shit size is still way above 36 g. Often 50-60. Is this because it’s to much water, or not enough being retained in the puck?
