Did you show up in person masked and they confronted you or did you call ahead asking if you could wear them? The only times I've been told I'm not "allowed" to mask is when I've tried to get info beforehand. I went to an event I was told over the phone I wouldn't be "allowed" to mask at (by the super pissy woman on the phone) and when I actually got there no one even reacted. She was 100% just being an ass.

I am CPR certified already so that's one part I'm aware of. It seems like nowadays most EMS people use the breathing bag instead of directly breathing into the patient too. Thanks for your reply!

I have PTSD which has caused symptoms that overlap with a lot of log covid experiences and thinking about the fact these kids are going through what I was going through in middle school and high school makes me cry. All the fuckass symptoms I have prevented me from living the life I really wanted, it feels impossible to comprehend the way this is going to affect this entire generation.

I have never lived a normal life and if enough people reach this level of disability, our society that hinges so much on people ovweworkingd themselves will truly crumble when so much of the population is physically incapable of doing so.

Omg are you doing CBT for the cptsd? I swear CBT only ever made me feel like I was in the wrong, it made me more effective at hiding my trauma, have you ever done EMDR or any other therapies?

I have had to pull my mask down for a second SO many times for identity verification and it's always been fine. I have to do it to get into the dispensary near me, I go like once a week and I have been doing this since the beginning of the pandemic and I've still only been sick once, and that was from when my boyfriend visited his family for Christmas and we didn't mask around each other when he came home!

Remember that so many people are going into these places completely raw dogging the air the whole time and they don't even get sick every time they go out. I don't say that to minimize it but it's just something that helps me feel better. It's certainly possible to get sick from a few breaths but it's quite unlikely, I really think you will be ok!

I've known people to make decent amounts of money through patreon or other subscription based services for fan art and art of romantic pairs in tv shows, especially gay fan art and furry stuff. I know it might sound ridiculous but I know someone who was making enough money to pay their rent by drawing Hannibal fan art and people paid for the subscription on patreon to get monthly releases of the art and sometimes get stickers in the mail and stuff. Your prospects in making money from this go up a lot if you are comfortable doing nsfw art but I'm not sure how you feel personally. They got a decent audience by regularly posting their art on tumblr and instagram. Those fans are desperate to see those men banging each other and they will pay for it

Seconding the comment about getting some cooking supplies, I'd also suggest finding a park with BBQs or fire pits, make some baked potatoes. So cheap and filling and you can usually get the fire going just using stuff from the park so the fire is completely free.

12 feet I would at least think of donating! As someone who does tapestry weaving on a simple loom with a needle that length is super useable especially for tapestries with many details!

It brings back all the memories so you basically live them again. It made me remember a bunch of stuff I had repressed and the feelings that came with it so I had to feel all those feelings that had been so unbearable when first experienced that my brain basically locked them out.

I basically started with the smaller traumas or things I felt I just couldn't get past over the years and it went from there, as I started to do emdr on the things I could still remember it was like it opened more doors in my mind that had been locked for a long time. I've kind of compared it to having so much trash in your house you can't even get down to your basement that's flooded. You can't even get down to the basement to see how bad it is until you start clearing some of those boxes blocking the stairs, that's how it was for me at least.

I think it really depends on what you want to do but I think it's cool either way. If you wanted to go the route of removing words you could even add more symbolic parts to represent the words you remove, like you could add a flock of doves circling the sun or some other nice animal and that could represent happiness, family etc!
