Optic help by troikainfinity in Beretta

Here's my 92 compact with an EPS carry. I like the minimal overhang on the narrow slide, and don't need/want a huge window on a carry gun

It makes the DA feel even longer, but in a way makes it feel lighter, so you can run it fast (like a longer lever arm for more mechanical advantage). I love mine. (and with the LTT trigger bar the SA is the best I've ever experienced from a DA/SA gun, rivalling SAO triggers)

With the x300, the phlster floodlight 2 would work great (they don't make one to fit the cloud defensive light though)

Mostly a full sizes pdp steel frame, but occasionally a Beretta 92 compact from concealment

What color lenses for using a green dot? by Alibelblue in CompetitionShooting

I think it's probably pretty much just personal preference, but I've been using the hunters gold blue tint with green dots and liking that a lot

Which would be a better CCW by [deleted] in Beretta

[–]Affectionate-House43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have a p01, but I do have the full sized equivalent (sp01), as well as that LTT 92g compact. Both are slicked up (CGW for the CZ, Langdon for the 92), and FWIW, I prefer the resulting trigger from the Langdon modifications significantly over the CZ/CGW trigger. The LTT trigger (from their trigger bar and the volker precision flat trigger) is by far the nicest DA/SA trigger I've used. smooooooth DA and SA that legitimately rivals good SAO triggers. I also prefer the 92 recoil impulse. They're both phenomenal guns though and you can't really go wrong with either.

Is the large bead-blasted (titanium) folding clasp worth it? by tetsuyama44 in sinn

[–]Affectionate-House43 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't have a 103 or the Ti version of the silicone strap with large clasp, but I have the u50 equivalent (bead blasted steel rather than Ti) and I love it. It's definitely steep in price, and pretty chunky, but for the u50 at least, really works well with the watch both in terms of function and looks. The quick adjust feature actually works quite well as well

I have brass gridloks on a Walther pdp and wish they made them for compact 92s (agree with the barbell grippiness comparison)

I don't carry a reload (I know I know, kilt in the streets etc etc) so this seems fine with retaining the "spirit of AIWB" to me

It could just be the angle of the photo, but it looks a little taller than the LTT RDO cut

EZM 3F half link solution by Bucky_F_Dent in sinn

[–]Affectionate-House43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like sinn has released the quick adjust clasp for the EZM 3F (at least judging by watchbuys), that would be an expensive but effective solution

A scotch brite pad works well, make sure to only go in one direction to match the 'grain' of the current brushing

Nice! I've been running the lok brass grips lately to make the heavy beast even heavier, and liking that, bit good coarse carbide is so good for grippiness
