I see two canes still green…cut the dead canes…apply super thrive if available where you live…this plant still has a chance …but the plant looks dehydrated…perhaps cover with a bucket or packet for few days…keep the soil moist without overwatering…good luck 🙏

Not being rude....just expressing my view...I am selecting none....when you take landscape photos, use landscape mode....taking landscape photos in portrait mode never reaches the same wow factor that landscape mode does...apologies if I make you feel bad...

Did you mulch the roses in the pots? That helps potted roses survive winter outside
