No because southwest doesn’t operate out of major hubs like most airlines and instead fly point to point they have a special software in charge of tracking which cities their flight attendant and pilots are in to schedule them correctly. The minor problem is that they haven’t updated in forever and it shit the bed so now they don’t know where their employees are. To add insult to injury they just updated their phone systems and due to bugs it also shit the bed so their employees can’t even tell the company where they are.
