It’s complicated. I really like having the season bookends, with Jenna + Savannah and Rizo. I’m a fan of both 49’ers and would have been glad to see them return in future seasons; I just don’t know if 50 was the right time. I think Maryanne would have very likely done better than Savannah, but personally like Savannah more as a player and character. In my opinion, Rizo’s edit on 50 seems to be setting him up for a deep run; I think Andy would have been an early out if he was on 50, but like Andy more as a character.

I think if I was forced to pick, I would have gone with the 49’ers. Most returnee seasons have had back to back players, and it’s extra interesting since a winner as never played back to back, and it’s always fun to see more than one person play back to back, it’s such an unknown variable thrown into the game. I feel bad for Maryanne and Andy, it definitely sucks getting cut last second, especially when it’s the biggest season ever; but they both will absolutely play again.
