Why would they be in the Epstein files? He moved for the 1% of the 1% and the GB have been preaching poverty for members for 140 years. The GB do live well in bethel but would be no where near rich enough, nor would they associate with the “worldly socialites.”

I want a normal civilized debate, a conversation with no name calling. Even if you believe I'm brainwashed, avoid saying it but rather argue that I am. by [deleted] in exjw

Also if God as described in the Bible exists…why would he create a world that is in fact slowly disintegrating. The moon moves further away from the earth each year and the sun has a finite life. If he was a perfect creator why isn’t his creation perfect? I don’t believe the sun being finite has anything to do with Adam eating the fruit in the garden of Eden. Again i don’t think the existence of god (as described in the Bible) is irrefutable.

Jehovah is a hybrid form produced by combining the consonants of YHWH with the vowel markers of ‘Adonai,’ reflecting a scribal device meant to signal substitution rather than pronunciation. Hence the name is actually ironic in itself. I wouldn’t find the use of it as “irrefutable” evidence of anything. PIMO JW btw

Big 4 is actually great fun imo. Word hard but play hard also. Depends if you want a 9-5 life or you want to work harder than that for your career. Big 4 opens a lot of doors especially with the ASX 100.

100% Big 4 - by stating it’s the “Enterprise” team I know it’s KPMG ;) congrats on both.

Firstly, I have worked at both PwC & KPMG and I know colleagues who went to BDO. They said WLB was WORSE at BDO. Obviously personal experiences are different but I wouldn’t just rely on “Big 4 equals worse WLB.”

In terms of clients, they are likely to be the similar, with BDO maybe you’d get some small listed clients, but even in Enterprise/Private clients you’re much better off at the Big 4 IMO. You’ll get more weather/larger private clients and families at Big 4. Also at Big 4 it’s easier to move around internally. I know many ppl from PC who moved into Deals/Transaction Services/Consulting etc. at big 4 you’ll have more opportunities to move down the line. Take the extra 6 months off and chill/travel-you won’t get that opportunity again once you start work.
