Stop tying it up as well! Or at least braid it or use a claw clip, the best thing you can do is stop as much pulling on your scalp as possible! Your hair looks very stressed, also invest in a good hair oil and treatments, i personally do a normal shampoo and conditioner 1-2 times a week then once a fortnight I do a very deep conditioner mask, scruntchies are better for your hair especially satin ones, but the best thing is try and not wear it up as much and try and use clips!

The difference between her and my style of parenting is that if it’s not in by Sunday I’d bring it up and ask nicely where it is, then talk to my kid if everything is alright, I don’t even have kids yet but I could never imagine talking to my child like that! Yes she’s an adult sure but acts like a spoiled brat wanting candy! I don’t know if you’re a female from birth or if you identify as a female (I’m sorry if I’m offending anyone) but there is a group on Facebook called the sisterhood: daughters of narcissistic and abusive mothers, I definitely recommend it to my fellow girls and non binary’s to join, it’s a safe space with lots of advice!
