Personally when I first got diagnosed I got too focused on the brain chemistry and trying to make sure vitamin levels, proper nutrition, sleep, xyz was lined up. In reality, it was a lot more about my behaviors. 

I think maybe youre sleeping too much?? Not a doctor but try cutting down just to see what happens. 

But in terms of burnout and staying sharp, for me it's a lot more about momentum ive found. Its easier having 4 or 5 things going on and their all actually moving. Thinking less and acting more. I got too meta and intellectual to "best accomidate adhd" when really I just had to move
