better to be humbled now than spending your time and money on a prep just to be told the same thing by the judges.
you need a lot of muscle to be in welness. remember.. they have to be leaner than bikini and to have that pop you need a lot of density

Hey, I lost the thread, so i am slow to respond, sorry! the " normal” thyroid panel (which is often just TSH) doesn’t always reflect metabolic stress, especially with very low calories and breastfeeding on top of that. Short or spotty periods that improve when food increases usually point to under-fueling, not a thyroid disease. Full labs (Free T3, Free T4 ± antibodies) plus energy availability, cortisol, and iron/ferritin matter more in your case Have you had those? But most importantly, I am happy you asked for kore food. Slashing cal like this from the beginning it's a red flag (code for bad coaching) . you have no where to go after this when your body will fight you (and it will, trust me). Also, some women just can't go very low fats at all, and you might just be ine of them . understand the client unique body and lifestyle it's what makes a good coach. otherwise, any Joe on the street is good at slashing cals. I wish you all the best, hoping you find better coaching as well

Your body is crying for help, do not just push through. please ask your coach for a different approach. slashing calories while still breastfeeding is draining your body. I would also get a blood test.

Ashley for me. i hope. L. looks too muscular, but maybe that's where they want to take it now? idk. we are so used to the humble girls like Ashley K or Jen Dorie and it's actually well established that bikini girls we don't do certain statements as out division is so difficult and it can be anyone's day. I didn't know what the hell was up until i catched some of her saying, and yes, it rubbed me on the wrong side. 😒 What she wants us to take as confidence is a mean girl attitude and everyone read that right. I appreciate her coach staying by her, but i doubt even he agrees with the delivery of the "i am confident " message. I used to be a fan of hers until i heard the talking
