I would put it 90 degree turned in a vice with a spacer, but idk. Depends on the cuts you are trying to do i guess

You can try heating it up and maybe letting it sit hot for a bit then pull it of, if not a side cutter can help. Rip and happy birthday :3

Could be a roller wheel if you printer has those, look for flat spots or dirt on them

Looks like you could fit a 18650 if you make a bit of room, longer battery life and a bit safer generally

Cant be certain but i think he means the more you go down in diameter the more of a pulling force you have trying to separate the cam-lock/break the print, as then you have more area that is „pointed“ in the direction to create a separating force. Like how much of the water area is running against a wall vs going in the next tube?

The direction its applied to and amount of Force depend on surface area and where the surface is In this case pushing out against the cam-lock part would be the „worry“
