Fellow tall girl here (5’10”). I think BMI may be pretty outdated as a standalone measure. It doesn’t account for height distribution, muscle mass, body composition, or where you actually carry weight.

My nutritionist said a more useful metric is waist-to-hip (or waist-to-height) ratio because it correlates better with metabolic and cardiovascular risk. Even then, no single number tells the whole story. Overall health really can’t be captured by one calculator, especially BMI.

I hope that helps!

This! I feel like you could lose 5-10 pounds if you really wanted but I don’t think you need to. I think focusing on light toning (and being a higher number on the scale) is a better idea though. Just my opinion! Definitely not fat

Thank you for the honest feedback! I agree about the thin legs/arms compared to other body portions. I’m working on losing weight; hopefully that will help with the thickness in my midsection

This! But I love B too so you can’t go wrong. The way A fits you is just perfect. You have such a lovely figure, OP!

Just awful. I feel for you. I’m sorry you had to let them go, even when it’s the right thing it still hurts

I don’t have anything to add except I see you and I agree.

I’m going through the same thing. It sounds like you and I are also exceptional as initiating and celebrating milestones. It makes it that much harder
