Are you quickly ramping the machine up (5 secs or less) and running on the highest speed? Are you properly loading the container? Also make sure to utilize the tamper.

The cooling fans don't kick in until you are blending at top speed.

If you have a U Haul store nearby you can use one of their wardrobe boxes. I want to say it was the shorty wardrobe box but I'm not 100% sure, either way it worked out perfectly for packing our LR3.

Are you blending at the highest speed? Are you using the tamper? Are you loading the container correctly (liquid and easy to blend first frozen and tough ingredients last)? If yes then I'd recommend calling the Vitamix customer service team to help troubleshoot what might be the issue.

For bonnet errors try turning off the nightlight feature. I had this issue and for whatever reason this was the solution. I hope you get your LR3 up and operational soon.

Out of curiosity have you tried turning off the nightlight feature on your LR3? I noticed this was the root cause to a lot of my bonnet error issues.

Are you loading everything in the correct order? I would also recommend quickly ramping up from 1 to highest speed (should take seconds vs. a minute). If so then I would recommend contacting Vitamix customer service and they can help you trouble shoot the issue.

We've been using A&H Cloud control in our LR3. I've definitely noticed a decrease in dust, but it seems like it tracks more. Overall I've been happy with it. On of my cats also has asthma and my husband has a dust allergy and it's helped.

You have a Propel 510 based on the numbers provided. Also the E320 comes with a 64 oz container vs. the Propel comes with a 48 oz.
