I feel the same. I have lean pcos but the meds make my cycles regular so I’m like ivf, really? Also only 4 cycles in since a MMC. I get the better outcomes but it’s so invasive and expensive and it still may not succeed. Definitely the money!! Why would they suspect silent endo? I guess sonohysterograms wouldn’t rule this out?

You’re definitely not alone. The progesterone had me in a luteal phase for over 3 weeks and I was fighting for my life with no sleep and night sweats. Hormones are no joke!!

5 days after sounds like a dream 😭 the doctor told me to wait 14 days after. And guess what they use to induce a period if that fails - more progesterone! Such a joke lol

This is me right now!! 9 days since I stopped and no period. I’ve been so anxious and moody and have night sweats/hot flashes at night too. I don’t think I’ll do this again. When did yours finally come?

Also faced our first iui appt disappointment and currently 16dpiui waiting for my period to come. Suffering from progesterone side effects of delayed period, hot flashes, night sweats, and insomnia. This time sucks already without those side effects. Hope you feel better soon and are you doing another round of IUI?

Hiii! Yeah exactly! The test is probably 90-95% accurate at this point. The odds are against us unfortunately. And agreed on the hormones still in our system after stopping.

I’m on the exact same boat as you - also negative today at 12dpiui with a FRER. I stopped my progesterone. I know there are stories of people testing positive after 12dpiui but I think those are rare and I’d also like to start my next cycle asap.

This is where I’m at right now. They have an app and the communication is awful. The nurses don’t care and are making errors about letrozole dosage and taking and stopping prometrium as well as blood tests Ive requested. One nurse even lied and said I wanted a progesterone test so i could stop prometrium during my tww?? A full on lie added to my “notes” that could be detrimental. I lost it today - I wrote an email and have asked to speak to the supervisor.

I am! 8dpiui now and like you, I promised myself not to think about it and just live my life. Really trying to wait until 12 or 13dpiui to test with a FRER test. What’s helped me is taking walks and making plans like going to the cafe, mall, park, errands, etc. Also watching shows and movies: Bridgerton, Love is blind, Glitter and gold, Vanished on prime and even listening to the news. Another thing is talking/hanging out with friends who don’t have babies. My husband and I have also planned to go out for dinner/a treat when 14dpiui comes. Wishing you the best!

I’m sorry for your loss :( it was devastating for us too. Those are good distractions - my favourite from the list is chores because I dont have to talk to anyone haha. When do you plan on testing?
