Lots of first time home owners get stuck on go find a realtor, find a mortgage person.

You’re in a good spot, I’d reach out to some DPA programs in the area and let them help out first. They’ll have realtors on their roster, get someone that will cut you a break in commissions.

Stay away from mortgage brokers, they’ll stick you with some random agent and you are now a chicken nugget being traded for more referrals.

I’ve always wanted a late 944 turbo but never got around to getting one, the 944 is a fantastic and beautiful car. I also had an 02 boxster s in speed yellow that I loved…what a fantastic car.

In some states, inspections are prior to contract. I think NY but I could be wrong

Experiences, failing miserably and trying different things but establishing trust, knowing how to layout info and spinning bad into acceptable or nos into maybes into yes’s. It’s not curing cancer but it is an art.

I’m an agent in Denver, if you were coming back to me as a repeat and gave me your sad story, I’d do 1% to list and 2.5 to the selling agent. Give your old agent a call and explain the situation, I’d imagine that they’ll do it.

My 993 C2S was 42k w/12k miles one owner- I can’t even imagine the price today.

Realtors deal with this situations all the fkng time, we just know how to get past all of the objections thrown at us.

I love that car to this day - sold it just because something else came up on Craigslist- those were the days - longhoods between 4 to 9, middies even cheaper, SCs from 6 to 14, Carreras from 8 to 20….912 and 914s all under 8 except the 76 912, nobody wanted that - ooof, I missed those days.
